Coastal Behavior Analysis is seeking full time, part time, and contracted behavior analysts of all levels (BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs) to join our growing team! Our organization provides behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including in the home, schools, day cares, and at our new early intensive behavioral intervention center.
Our primary mission at Coastal Behavior Analysis is to use the principles of behavior analysis to improve the lives of our clients, their families, and Coastal employees. We are committed to creating a fun and collaborative environment and workplace that provides many rewarding learning opportunities and experiences for all employees.
Through our home and community program we serve individuals of all ages and focus on teaching our clients how to succeed in the natural environment. Programs target behavior reduction, teaching functional communication, language, social interaction, and daily living skills, and parent/caregiver training. We currently serve clients throughout the Central-East Coast of Florida including Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties.
Our center-based service at CARE provides early intensive behavioral intervention to children ages 6 years and younger diagnosed with autism or a related disability. Our services at CARE focus on teaching our clients the skills they will need to succeed during their educational career. Programming targets three broad areas: communication and language, academic readiness, and problem behavior. The center is located in Vero Beach, Florida.

Home and Community - Registered Behavior Technician
Job type: Contracted
We are looking for contracted employees that are positive and energetic with a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Registered behavior technicians in the home and community program provide direct services to clients and their families by implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis to improve the client’s quality of life. The home and community program serves individuals in the following counties: Brevard, Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and Broward.

Center for Autism Research and Education - Registered Behavior Technician
Job type: Part time and Full time
We are looking for part time and full time employees that are positive and energetic with a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities at our Center for Autism Research and Education (CARE)
Registered behavior technicians at CARE work one on one with children under the age of 6 years diagnosed with autism or another related disability. CARE is an Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention program that provides behavioral therapy using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children diagnosed with autism. Therapy is individualized for each client and focuses on improving language and communication, social skills, preacademic and academic skills, and challenging behaviors. Our highly qualified team includes BCBA-Ds, BCBAs, licensed psychologists, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Working in at a center like CARE is a perfect opportunity to learn about ABA as a treatment for autism, gain experience hours for practicum/internships, and make a positive meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Home and Community BCBA/BCaBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Type: Contracted
We are looking for current BCBAs or those who will be sitting for the certification exam within the next 6 months to work as behavior analysts in our home and community program. Our home and community program at Coastal Behavior Analysis serves individuals of all ages that are diagnosed with autism or another developmental disability throughout Brevard, Indian River, Martin, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, and Broward counties.
